SNM president passes away

JAMMU, Apr 24: President of Sant Nirankari Mandal (SNM) and a great devoted saint of the Nirankari family, Gobind Singh passed away today at 3.20 am in Jalandhar (Punjab) at the age of 86 years.
His passing away on Manav Ekta Diwas is undoubtedly a divine culmination of his life as a true Gursikh. Respectfully known as ‘Bhaiyaji’, Gobind Singh was born on 20th July, 1935 in district Jhelum (now in Pakistan). He attained Brahmgyan from Shahenshah Baba Avtar Singh Ji Maharaj in March 1944.
As a humble devotee of the Sant Nirankari Mission, Gobind Singh Ji continued to take keen interest in Satsang, Simran and Sewa under the commandment of the Satguru. He was blessed with the authority to reveal Brahmgyan in 1964 by Satguru Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji. His sacrifices and contributions, especially during the period from 1978-1980 will always be remembered with respect in the history of Sant Nirankari Mission.
