JAMMU, Aug 24: Congress leader and Councillor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Sobat Ali of Ward number 74 today started lane and drain work in Sunjwan area of his Ward.
The condition of lanes and drains in the area was very bad since long due to which the locals were facing a lot of problems.
They visited the Councillor Sobat Ali with the issue and he in turn took up the matter with JMC authorities which sanctioned funds for the work which has been started today by the Councillor.
Prominent among those who were present on the occasion were Isharat Hussain, Sabeer Malik, Sandeep Singh Pawar and others.
