JAMMU, Jan 22 : State Cabinet which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah approved promotion of Sonali Kumar, Principal Secretary (Coordination) Resident Commission Office, J&K Government, New Delhi to Fixed Scale of IAS with effect from January 2, 2012.
The Cabinet also approved promotion of three Junior Scale KAS officers of 2008 batch namely Jahangir Hashmi, Vaibhav Kohli and Dhanantar Singh to the Time Scale of Jammu and Kashmir administrative service (KAS).
