JAMMU, Feb 9: The students of SOS Hermann Gmeiner School, Gole Gujral, Jammu excelled in the Inter- Hermann Gmeiner School Science Exhibition competition which was held at SOS School Varanasi.
Eight students of the institution participated in the competition and made 4 models, 2 of which bagged II and III prizes in junior and senior categories respectively.
In junior group, model was based on “Acid Rain and Agriculture” made by Oshin Sharma  and Rishika Sharma of class VIII, while in senior group model was based on “Use of Polythene Bags in Making Roads” Made by Parth Raina of class X and Avinash Bhat of class IX.
The models were made under the guidance of Nidhi Choudhary PGT Biology and  Ramesh Kumar Bhat (Lab Assistant).
Principal, R K Dhar and staff of the School lauded the efforts of ther students for this achievement.
