Babu Hussain Malik said that at present more than 80% posts of Deputy Superintendents and storekeepers in the district headquarters are lying vacant due to introduction of draconian SRO-365 which has brought total stagnation and ceasing all promotional avenues of the employees particularly clerical cadre thereby affecting the working of the departments.
The demands of the employees are opening of stationary depots in the newly created eight districts, amendments in SRO-365, reorganization of the department by combining the seniority of all employees, removal of Pay anomalies of the clerical cadre and enhancement of retirement age from 58 to 60 years.
