BARAMULLA, June 7: Former Union Minister and Pradesh Congress Committee president Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz today said that Congress activists and leaders should ensure that Centrally sponsored schemes are implemented properly in the State.
Addressing largely attended youth convention of the party here  today, PCC chief said that Congress activists and others should ensure that  Centrally sponsored schemes are properly implemented in the State.
