UDHAMPUR, Sept 22: Samajwadi Party announced the name of Advocate Pushpa Dogra as candidate for the forthcoming Assembly seat from Chenani constituency.
The name of the candidate was announced by Samajwadi Party chief Sheikh Abdul Rehman, while addressing gathering in different areas of tehsil Chenani.
He said that during the last candidate, the people of Chenani are deprived of their rites including health infrastructure, roads, sanitation, social welfare, drinking water and electricity.
Rehman asked the people to vote in favour of Pushpa Dogra, so that a new era of development in the area takes place.
Ram Singh Chauhan, general secretary and Amrit Varsha, president, Mahila wing also addressed the gain.
