JAMMU, Aug 9: Spate of theft came to fore in Jhelum Express at Ludhiana and New Delhi last night.
As per police sources, some thieves entered into Jhelum Express and decamped with the belongings of the passengers including cash, laptops, clothing, etc at Ludhiana and New Delhi.
Some of the passengers from Jammu namely Birbal Singh and son of Raman Gupta reported the matter to GRP Police Station Jammu.
The theft incidents in a train have raised a big question mark on the safety of the belongings of the passengers.
