JAMMU, July 25: Speaker Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta today visited Vaishnavi Dham and enquired about the facilities available for the Amarnathji Yatris.

The Speaker interacted with the Yatris putting up there and applauded Shrine Board for providing clean and well maintained accommodation for the pilgrims.
The pilgrims, who had returned after paying obeisance at the holy shrine of Shri Amarnathji, shared their experiences and expressed satisfaction over the arrangements made by the authorities for their comfortable stay and hospitality.
The Speaker also inspected the medical care facilities and availability of medicines and directed the concerned to ensure adequate stocking of the same.
He also inspected the Registration counters set up for the Yatris and directed for providing proper assistance to them.
Kavinder appreciated the concerned officers of various departments assigned with the Yatra duty for effectively monitoring the arrangements and asked them to keep up the efficient work.
He commended the enthusiasm of Yatris and said that the strong belief of people in the shrine will outnumber the figures next year.
