UDHAMPUR, Oct 15: Displaying honesty, Police handed over gold ear rings to the woman, who had lost the same near the Court Complex Ramnagar.
The gold ear rings were found by SPO Gushu Ram during routine patrolling in the market. The SPO, who is posted at Police Station Ramnagar, brought the matter into the notice of SDPO Ramnagar, Dr Bhisham Dubey and SHO Kulbir Singh.
After proper verification, the gold items were handed over to the original owner namely Sushma Devi, wife of Kartar Chand of Tagan, Ramnagar. SSP Udhampur Sargun Shukla has appreciated the SPO for displaying such honesty.
