SAMBA, Jan 20: An unknown dead body on a male person was recovered in village Sumbalwali in Rakh Barotian area of Vijaypur tehsil today by the police. He appears to be of 35 to 40 years of age. The Vijaypur police have registered a case under relevant sections of the law and the body has been shifted to mortuary of Ramgarh Hospital for identification and postmortem.
Meanwhile an SPO namely Amit Sharma , 25, Son of Nanak Chand of Kasralian Ramgarh, Belt No 752/DS presently posted at BPP Koulpur died in a road accident . His body has been shifted to mortuary of GMC Jammu. The motorcycle which he was driving was hit by an auto police said. The body will be handed over to family after postmortem tomorrow.
