JAMMU, May 7: A Special Police Officer (SPO), who was injured in accident near TB Hospital in Kishtwar, succumbed to his injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) here.
The deceased was identified as Pawan Kumar, son of Kewal Krishan, a resident of Hatta. He was injured when his motorcycle slipped near TB Hospital in Kishtwar.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Kishtwar and investigation started.
