Born on September 9, 1989, Bandeep Singh is a First-Class cricketer, who plays for Jammu and Kashmir in Ranji Trophy. He is a right-handed middle-order batsman and a part-time off-break bowler. Bandeep is a record holder at the Ranji Trophy circuit as he scored fastest fifty in just 16 balls in the current season. He has played 25 First Class matches, scoring 1076 runs, with an average of 26.90 and 82 as his highest score. While in 20 List-A matches, Bandeep has scored 391 runs, with an average of 20.57 and unbeaten 55 runs as his highest score. Bandeep, in 12 Twenty20 matches has scored 244 runs, with an average of 22.18 with 52 runs as his highest score. As a part-time bowler, Bandeep has taken 5 wickets each in First-Class and List A matches and has yet to open his account in T20. He made his First Class debut against Jharkhand at Jammu on November 2, 2012 and made his List A debut against Delhi at Delhi on February 20, 2012.
