SPPND GDC Samba inks MoU with FCI

SAMBA, June 8: Shri Pandit Prem Nath Dogra (SPPND) Government Degree College (GDC) Samba here today inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Food Craft Institute (FCI), Jammu to bolster academic excellence and skill development opportunities for students.
The MoU was signed between Prof. (Dr.) Twinkle Suri, Principal SPPND GDC, Samba and Prof. Jyoti Bhatii, Principal FCI during a function held at SPPND GDC, Samba.
The collaboration between these institutions aims to facilitate a range of initiatives including outcome-based training, internship programs, faculty exchange programs, student exchange programs, placement services and related academic services.
This partnership seeks to provide students with a holistic educational experience that equips them with skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their chosen fields.
On this occasion, Principal SPPND GDC, Samba said: “This partnership signifies our commitment to nurture talent and provide our students with the best possible opportunities for academic and professional growth.” Prof. Jyoti Bhatii echoed similar sentiments emphasizing the importance of academic collaboration in shaping the future workforce that is well prepared to meet challenges of a dynamic global economy.
Representing SPPND GDC, Samba were co-convener IQAC, Convener Skill, convener Academic Affairs and HoD Home Science.
