SRINAGAR, Sept 18: Senior lecturers of Higher Secondary Schools today alleged that Government has “deliberately” delayed their promotion as principals to “promote their blue eyed” candidates for the posts.
The lecturers claimed atleast 200 Higher Secondary Schools are without principals and Government has not filled them yet as the Minister concerned was delaying their promotion in order to accommodate the “undeserving” lecturers from the SC and ST quota.
