SRCC organizes guidance session

JAMMU, May 12: The SR College of Competitions (SRCC) today invited recently selected in IAS (rank 335) from R S Pura, Harvinder Singh in an interaction-cum- guidance sessions aiming at the young aspirants.
In this two-hour long session, Harvinder guided the Civil Services aspirants to different aspects of the competitive examination and held detailed deliberations on different topics to be covered during preparations.
He told target students how to select the books, magazines, newspapers and other journals and then topics thereof so as to keep updated with the current affairs.
He also unfolded his success story that begun from an Engineering graduate to PSC selection as Assistant Engineer and then achieving the ultimate aim of becoming an IAS officer.
Harvinder asked the students, preparing for the Civil Services, to be focussed on their target and put in their all efforts to achieve the desired results.
“It is our endeavour at the SRCC to always keep students and those non-students updated with regards to latest developments. Introduction with those successful in IAS and KAS always helps those preparing for such examinations improve,” said Centre Head SRCC, Praful Sharma.
