JAMMU, Dec 7: State president, Shri Ram Sena (SRS), Rajiv Mahajan, today demanded Central Government to immediately delink Jammu province from Kashmir division else citizens would be forced to launch an aggressive campaign to achieve their objective of separate statehood.
Rajiv said, “We have our own political, social and economical aspirations which cannot be met under the failed 70-year-old Kashmir dominated dispensation so we are ready to part ways from Kashmir and carve our separate State for Jammu.”
Hitting out at former Chief Minister and National Conference president, Dr Farooq Abdullah and working president, Omar Abdullah for their anti-national utterances during past couple of days, Rajiv Mahajan said it has become a habit of Farooq and Omar of singing nationalistic songs while in power and siding with Pakistan and separatists when in opposition.
He said the present unrest in Valley was due to the anti-national attitude of National Conference.
