SRINAGAR, June 13: Expenditures of State Road Transport Corporation (SRTC) have surpassed its income generated in last two financial years, Government informed Legislative Council today.
Minister Incharge Transport in a written reply to Member of Legislative Council (MLC) Sham Lal Bhagat said the income of JKSRTC in year 2014-15 was Rs. 97.78 crores while its expenditure was Rs. 119.48 crores. Similarly, the income of the SRTC in 2015-16 was Rs. 100.16 crores and expenditure Rs. 113.84 crore.
