JAMMU, Mar 27: Shiv Sena (Bala Sahib Thackery) Samba unit staged a massive protest against CAPD Department and against the implementation of anti-poor National Food Security Act (NFSA) that has not only deprived a huge chunk of population much needed ration support but is causing enormous difficulties on various counts.
Protest demonstration was held under the leadership of State president, Dimpy Kohli and president of its Samba Unit, Ramesh Gupta in which a large number of activists of party Samba unit took part and raised anti CAPD Department. slogans.
While addressing the gathering Dimpy Kohli described the NFSA as anti-poor and anti-people. He said that only three kilograms of wheat per soul instead of ten kilograms of Atta earlier has made a huge difference. He said already Government is giving ration after so many months and people are enforced to buy flour, rice and sugar from the open market and this is all because of the anti poor policies of Modi led NDA Govt. which is harassing people on one pretext or the other.
