JAMMU, Jan 14: Service Selection Board today temporarily deferred the interviews for various posts under Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants.
According to a notification by SSB, the interview schedule for the posts of Teacher and Lab Assistant (District cadre Kupwara) under PM Special Package are deferred for the time being and shall be notified separately.
However, other terms and conditions, as laid down vide notification number SS/Sel/Secy/2014/325-38, dated 10-1-2015, shall remain the same. No reason has been specified by the SSB for deferment of the interviews, which were earlier scheduled to begin from January 17 in Kashmir.
Pertinent to mention here that there was a demand from BJP Kashmiri Displaced Unit and some other KP organizations to hold these interviews at Jammu instead of Kashmir.
