SSH concerned over religious conversions

BISHNAH, Dec 11: Shiv Sena Hindustan (SSH) under the leadership of its J&K president, Rajesh Kesri held a meeting at village Laswara here today.
On this occasion, several prominent persons of the area joined SSH.
Welcoming new entrants into the party fold, Kesri took serious note of incidents of religious conversions through deception, allurement and force.
He said that if such activities are not stopped it will pose danger to security of the country.
Terming forced religious conversion a very serious issue, Kesri asked the Centre to step in and make sincere efforts to check the practice.
He observed there may be freedom of religion but there cannot be freedom of religion by forced conversion.
Those who joined SSH were Satpal, Bansi Lal, Mukhtyar Chand, Baba Ram, Uday Chand, Praveen Kumar, Pradeep Kumar and Kalaram.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were SSH vice president, Balveer Kumar; chairman, Sheeshpal Salathia; Block Bishnah president, Raj Kumar; Labba Baba, Sanjeev Kumar, Deshraj, Rajesh Kumar, Anju Devi, Darshana Devi and others.
