JAMMU, Oct 28: SSP RK Bhat, a Jammu and Kashmir Police Services (JKPS) officer has categorically denied a news item that stated that he was involved in moral turpitude.
In a statement, Bhat said he was never involved in moral turpitude.
“I have been facing charges of different kind,” he said, adding the matter against him is under investigation.
“However, no where it has been mentioned in the charges that I was involved in moral turpitude”, he added.
