REASI, Apr 22: In order to boost the process of trial for judicial determination of cases presented before the Courts by executing dockets, summons as well as warrants issued by the courts of law, SSP Reasi, Shailender Singh held a meeting with officers of the district.
Additional SP, SDPOs, SHOs, Incharge Police Posts and others attended the meeting in which the SSP directed the officers and officials of district police to personally monitor 100 per cent execution of directions of courts for the presence of accused persons as well as witnesses so that early disposal of cases could happen. The SSP also said that when all witnesses will record their statements before the courts, rate of acquittal due to lack of evidence will automatically fall.
“Pairavi of cases will help get accused persons convicted by appraisal of all evidences beyond doubt before the courts,” he further said.
All those present in the meeting assured the SSP to keep all files updated and assist in contesting all cases.
