RAMBAN, May 31: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ramban, Mohita Sharma here today inaugurated one Record Room and one Guard Room inside the premises of District Police Office (DPO) Ramban.
Gourav Mahajan, Additional SP Ramban; Pardeep Singh Sen, Dy.SP Hqrs Ramban and all other staff members of DPO were also present on the occasion.
After inauguration, the SSP briefed all section in-charges of DPO about proper maintenance of police records and passed on spot instructions to the concerned to shift old records in the newly inaugurated record room.
Also, the DPO Guard was instructed to shift in the new Guard Room and was briefed to remain vigilant while performing duty.
SSP Ramban reiterated her vision of providing best facilities to every official working under her command so that they always remain motivated to perform their duties with utmost devotion and dedication.
