DODA, Feb 24: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Abdul Qayoom held a meeting with Prosecuting Officers of Doda Courts at DPO Doda to discuss and review the court processes and other matters related to undertrial cases.
The meeting was attended by Ravinder Kumar Rao, Deputy Director Prosecution, DK Range Doda, Rajesh Gill APP Additional Session Court Doda, Sunil Kumar APP CJM Court Doda and other Prosecuting Officers of Courts of District Doda.
The aim and objective of the meeting was to discuss and put in place an effective mechanism for efficient and effective execution of Court processes and other matters related to pairvy of under trial cases to improve the conviction rate.
In the meeting, a threadbare discussion was held on all the matters related to pairvy of undertrial cases, execution of Court processes, disposal of case property, production of challan and other issues. Moreover, a target based working in close synergy and coordination between prosecution and police was discussed in detailed to bring efficiency in pairvy system and other Court executions to improve conviction rate and better results in the matters of execution of Court processes.
