UDHAMPUR, July 7: A rank pinning ceremony was today held at SKPA here in which Mohan Lal, SSP, Dy. Director (Indoor) and Vinay Kumar, SSP, Dy. Director (Admn.) SKPA Udhampur pinned the rank to newly promoted Assistant Sub Inspector, Farooq Saini of SKPA Udhampur who has been recently promoted to the present rank by Armed Police Headquarters J&K. They congratulated the newly promoted officer and advised him to work with enthusiasm and highest degree of dedication.
A handout stated that Farooq Saini is a highly talented officer performing duties in Pipe Band component of the Academy and his services are worth recognition. SSP Mohan Lal emphasized that the promotion not only upgrades the working status in the police department, it also adds responsibilities and challenges in the new working field.
He wished the promoted officer good luck for a bright future.
K.K Sharma, Assistant Director (Q), Suraj Singh, Assistant Director (Training/R&D), Sunmati Gupta, Assistant Director (Outdoor), Tahir Hussain, Assistant Director (Admn.), Romesh Chander Kataria, DySP (S), Ashok Kumar Inspector (S) and Chander Mohan, Inspector were among other officers were present on the occasion.
