Vijaypur, Mar 25: Principal Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur today organized a Lecture on “Maintenance of Character/Value in Service” on 25.03.2018 for the awareness of the officers, staff and trainees.
Ashok Kumar, SSP welcomed R.C. Gupta, Retired Deputy Secretary (Legal) GAD, J&K Govt., who was invited as guest speaker on the occasion.
Ashok, in his inaugural address, said that Gupta during his service career has also served as Registrar Competent Authority Entrance Examinations J&K, Secretary J&K Backward Classes Commission, Secretary MBBS Commission J&K. He has been awarded different prestigious service medals/commendation certificates for his meritorious services including Gold medal on Independence Day 1992. The Principal advised the officers, staff and trainees to get the benefit of vast experience of the speaker through his deliberations.
R.C. Gupta, while addressing the police officers, staff and trainees shared his valuable experiences on the relevant topic. He said police personnel should have a high quality conduct both at department as well as at social level. On this occasion, Gupta also presented a book titled “Indians’ Character” written by him to Principal PTTI Vijaypur.
Among others Ram Singh Jamwal, Dy.SP (R&D), Mukesh Kumar, Dy.SP (Outdoor), Rakesh Sambyal Dy.SP (Admn.), P.P. Singh, Dy.SP (Indoor), Inspectors Hemanshu Sunil Mahajan, Yash Paul Singh, Ravinder Singh (RI), Khushwant Singh, Charanjeet Singh, Ashok Kumar, Anil Sagar, Manoj Kumar, Bhopinder Singh, Sunil Pandita and others were present on the occasion.
