JAMMU, Apr 24: Continuing with its mission for smooth functioning of Police Transport Workshop (PTW) Jammu, Senior Superintendent of Police Ranjit Singh Sambyal, KPS and Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust (SMCT) organised a meditation programme in Police Transport Workshop, Channi Himmat Jammu led by renowned music therapist, spiritual counselor and meditation guru Shri Raj Kumar Dogra (Guru Ji).
All the employees of workshop listened to the live performances presented by the Guru Ji providing much solace and respite to their frazzled minds.
Speaking in his inaugural address Sambyal stressed upon the importance of stress management and impressed upon all for listening to music which has a tremendous relaxing effect on our mind and body which cure several ailments.
Sambyal said that it is an honour that such a Spiritual Music Therapist has consented to perform in this workshop who has excel in performing in different parts of the State, including jails, psychiatric hospitals, orphanages, Army units and abroad such as, UK, Italy, Spain, France, Holland, Switzerland, Mexico etc.
