Ramban, Mar 14: SSP Ramban Haseeb ur Rehman today held a meeting with the shopkeepers of Ramban town and discussed various issues pertaining to them.
President Veopar Mandal Ved Bhushan Gupta along with other shopkeepers attended the meeting and shared their views and assured full cooperation to the Police department.
The SSP Ramban appealed the business fraternity to kindly install CCTV cameras in their establishments which will be for their safety/security and will be helpful for Police in investigation in case some crime takes place. The shopkeepers assured that they will fully cooperate with Police and consider the suggestion to install CCTV cameras. They also informed the SSP that almost 10 percent of the business units have already installed the cameras and rest will follow the suit.
Additional SP Ramban Sanjay Parihar and SHO Ramban Sunil Sharma were present in the meeting. He thanked the business community for sparing their time and assured curbing of all the social crimes and sought their cooperation by providing timely information regarding any such acts in their surroundings. They were also suggested/requested to follow all the precautions with regard to Coronavirus.
