SSP Reasi visits remote areas, reviews security situation

REASI, July 12: In a focused effort to address local challenges and enhance community safety, SSP Reasi, Mohita Sharma visited Mahore and Gulabgarh areas of the district.
The primary objective of the visit was to review the current security situation and devise robust strategies to counter emerging challenges.
During her visit, SSP Reasi thoroughly assessed the security dynamics of the region and took review of the ongoing operations at Police Post Shajroo and Police Station Mahore. On spot directions and instructions were imparted to the police personnel stationed there-emphasizing the importance of proactive policing and community collaboration.
In addition to security review, SSP Reasi demonstrated her commitment to support education system by distributing school uniform articles to local students under the Civic Action Programme (CAP) of J&K Police. This initiative aims to encourage students to pursue their studies with dedication and enthusiasm.
Community members expressed their heartfelt gratitude to SSP Reasi for her visit, commending the Jammu and Kashmir Police’s initiative to provide every possible support to the students for pursuing their studies and also for reaching out in the far flung areas.
SSP Reasi, in her address, reiterated role of Reasi Police for maintaining peace and security in the region while fostering educational support for the youth. She further added that Reasi Police is committed to provide safe and secure atmosphere across every nook and corner of the district and whosoever try to disturb the peace and tranquility will be dealt strictly with iron hand.
