UDHAMPUR, Nov 27: The locals and students of Block Ghordi today staged a protest demonstration against the Education Department and district administration as there is a shortage of staff at Government Higher Secondary Schools of the block.
The protestors raised slogans against Education Department and district administration and appealed to the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir UT, Girish Chandra Murmu to look into the matter so that the shortage of staff in the four Government Higher Secondary Schools of Ghordi is fulfilled.
The protestors said, due to the shortage of staff in the schools, students are facing many problems in the concerned subjects.
They said that there is shortage of five lecturers including that of English, Education etc.
