JAMMU, Dec 18: The Stage-2 ‘Evaluation of Essays’ for the 28th National Youth Festival 2024-25 was conducted at Government College for Women (GCW) Parade, Jammu. Director General of Youth Services and Sports, J&K, Rajinder Singh Tara, attended the event and commended the evaluators and coordinators for their efforts.
Jitendra Mishra, Nodal Officer of the programme, briefed Tara about the evaluation process, in which 650 participants were assessed by 30 evaluators over two days. Participants submitted essays on ten key topics, including ‘Tech for Viksit Bharat,’ ‘Empowering Women,’ and ‘Enhancing Productivity in Agriculture.’
The event was organized in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra and GCW Parade, with support from Sarmad Hafeez, Secretary Youth Services and Sports. Principal GCW Parade, Ravinder Tickoo, presided over the event, while Dr. Gurpreet Kaur served as the Chief Coordinator.
