JAMMU, Sept 19: The State Government has constituted Standing Management Committee for Jammu and Kashmir Horticulture Production Marketing and Processing Corporation Limited ( J&KHPMC).
Headed by Administrative Secretary Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, the committee shall scrutinize major proposals of the Corporation and make appropriate recommendations for consideration of the Board of Directors (BoDs). It shall also examine important agenda items prior to their placement before the BoD, any other issue as may be referred to the committee by the BoD from time to time and give suggestions to the BoD.
The Committee shall meet atlest once in a month and if required, more frequently.
Administrative Secretary of the Finance Department and Managing Director of J&KHPMC are members of the committee while Administrative Secretary Horticulture Department is its convenor.
