SAMBA, Apr 27: The standing wheat crops over four kanals of land was completely destroyed in the village Bhambo Chak, Sector Ramgarh in Samba district today in fire which broke out due to short circuit.
The fields belong to Jasbir Singh, S/O Amar Singh. The farmers of the area have demanded compensation for the poor fellow whose only source of income is agriculture.
