JAMMU, Mar 15: In a function held a party headquarters on Saturday, the State unit of BJP through its IT Cell launched 90188-90185 as its WhatsApp number to felicitate more and more people to get in touch with the party and extent help in view of the forthcoming general election.
IT Cell State convenor, Jaidev Rajwal, in presence of State general secretaries Ashok Kaul, Kavinder Gupta and Rajiv Jasrotia, Morcha Incharge Satish Sharma, State secretary, Munish Sharma and Jammu district president, Rajesh Gupta, while announcing the launch, gave live demonstration of the same to the party leaders and activists.
Jaidev Rajwal also briefed about the importance of getting on through WhatsApp number stating that in this IT era, new means of social media are coming up and we are adopting each one of them to help the party in reaching maximum people across length and breadth of the State. “We are already utilizing a number of means and WhatsApp is one more addition in that category’’.
Rajwal also demonstrated the Facebook of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah in which he has mentioned him as CM of Kashmir. He said that it has now made crystal clear that the mindset of the Chief Minister is totally Kashmir-centric and neither Jammu nor Ladakh has any place in the scheme of things.
