JAMMU, Feb 1: ‘Steps’ conducted 1st scholarship test for students of class 6th to 9th at Government Boys Polytechnic, Bikram Chowk, here today.
Steps–a leading institution for school programs, preparing students for various Olympiads and NTSE is conducting such tests from the last seven years in Jammu to enable students to assess themselves towards their aptitude in Maths, Science and Reasoning at the foundation building stage.
Over 700 students from various public schools took part in the test. The response of the students and especially their parents was heartening. Their keenness was evident from the way they were interacting with the ‘Steps’ management and the faculty present at the venue about the different opportunities at the National and International arena in various competitive examinations viz NSEJS, NTSE, A-Star Youth Scholarship, KVPY, etc.
It was a very satisfying conclusion said, Manik Dhermy – a Steps faculty who had worked hard in spreading the intent of conducting this scholarship test to the management and students of various public schools.
