Straightening Mask
Combine 3 tbsp cornstarch and 4 tbsp lemon juice and mix until we get a mixture without lumps. Mix the 1 cup coconut milk with the 2 tbsp olive oil and combine it with cornstarch mixture. Stir on a medium flame until we get a creamy consistency. As it cools down, apply the cream on your hair. Then, put on a shower cap and a hot towel over it. Leave it for 1-2 hours depending on the volume. Rinse with shampoo and conditioner.
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is your hairs best friend, it provides you shine, luster, amazing texture, and yes straightness too. Take a bowl, add one cup of thick coconut oil, plus 1tbsp honey to it. Refrigerate it until you find a creamy layer on it. Massage it and leave it for half an hour. Cover it the with a warm head towel and after 3o minutes, wash it gently and comb the locks.
Apple Cider Vinegar
It is a great and amazing thing in your kitchen with various qualities, and guess what you can use this to straight your hair too. Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is the one if confused which one to buy. Mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in one cup of water. Rinse it with it, after shampooing your hair. Allow it to dry.
Castor Oil
It is one of the most popular ingredients in the kitchen. It prevents hair from being frizzy and straightens them up naturally with shine. Mix 2 tbsp of castor oil and 1 tbsp of soybean oil. Warm it for about 20 seconds. Do a good massage and leave it for an hour, later rinse off with a mild shampoo. Comb with your finger lightly. Soulflower and Aroma Magic are the brands.
Brown Sugar
Brown sugar surely sounds little experimental, but trust me this works. Take a cup, mix water with your magical brown sugar approx 2tbsp. Transfer it to a spray bottle, and it’s done. Spray in your damp hair, and let air move through them.
