JAMMU, Sept 17: Strength-X, a state-of-art fitness club was inaugurated today by Ashok Koul, general secretary (organization) J&K BJP in presence of other guests including Kavinder Gupta (Ex Deputy CM), Sat Sharma (Ex Minister) and Vikram Randhawa (Ex MLC).
The inaugural ceremony was attended by a large number of people from various walks of life. Strength-X has introduced the latest kind of modern technology and top notched machines as well as apparatus to cover the entire body fitness training to be imparted by a renowned certified trainer.
After the ribbon cutting ceremony, a memento was presented to Verinder Verma, NPC J&K overall winner 2023 and SHERU classic bronze medal 2022 (Mr J&K overall title winner) by Ashok Koul.
Speaking on the occasion, Ashok Koul laid stress on cultivating the habit of body management, which is the need of the hour in today’s mechanical life to keep ourselves fit and healthy. He also wished all the success to the youngsters Ankit Jalali and Nitin Dubey, who have ventured this modern state of art fitness club under the name & style STRENGTH-X in posh locality of Gandhi Nagar.
Kavinder Gupta, Sat Sharma and Vikram Randhawa also spoke on the occasion. They said the fitness club will help youth of the area to spend some time working on their personal physical fitness besides spending time in some productive work and spending energy positively. He appealed to the youth to come forward and do fitness regime seriously and take proper diet as this is the only way to keep one fit.
