Stress Management Prog conducted by CRPF

JAMMU, Feb 22: As per the instructions of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and Directorate General of CRPF, New Delhi, a six-day Stress Management Program by Art of Living Organization 2024 was organized at 160th Corps Headquarters, CRPF, Nagrota, Jammu.
Through this program, training was given in pranayams like Surdashana, Bhastrika Pranayam, Surya Namaskar and purity of inner body and guidance was given to improve the lifestyle so that the soldiers can get relief from mental stress.
Hariom Khare, Commandant 160 Battalion, Kamaljit Kumar, Second Officer. Dinesh Kumar Sharma, Deputy Commandant, Rana Pratap Singh, Deputy Commandant and subordinate officers and soldiers of 160 Battalion CRPF were present.
Kunal Patel and V. Kumar came from Art of Living and conducted the said program. A total of 106 participants from this battalion participated enthusiastically in the program and many personnel shared their experiences about the activities being implemented in this program.
