JAMMU, July 6: Sub-Judge Court Surankote has issued notice through Secretary Home Delhi to ensure the presence of Delhi Police Commissioner on 29th July 2022 in the case titled Javaid Mughal Vs Talat Datyanvi and also issued non-bailable warrants against accused lady through Secretary Home.
Advocate Majad Khan stated that the service of repeated processes issued by the court in the name of Delhi Police Commissioner against accused lady were not effected by the Delhi Police Commissioner as a result of which the Sub-Judge Court Surankote issued notice against Delhi Police Commissioner and warrants against the accused lady through Secretary Home Delhi Govt.
