Sugar closes flat in thin trading

NEW DELHI, May 30:  Whoelsale sugar prices ended steady in the national capital today following range-bound buying amid restricted supply.
Marketmen said scattered demand from retailers and bulk consumers mostly kept sugar prices steady.
They said volume of business was down and inquiries form neighbouring states markets remained negligible.

Sugar retail markets – Rs 29.00-33.00 per kg.
Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 2,600-2,730 S-30 Rs 2,570-2,720.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 2,420-2,570 S-30 Rs 2,410-2,560.
