NEW DELHI, July 27: Sugar prices held steady in the national capital today following scattered buying support amid adequate stocks position.
Marketmen said sufficient stocks position against current demand mainly held prices unaltered.
The following were today’s quotations per quintal:
Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 3,230-3,330, S-30 Rs 3,210-3,310.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 3,090-3,200; S-30 Rs 3,080-3,190.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 3135, Kinnoni 3,200, Asmoli 3,165, Dorala 3,135, Budhana 3,130, Thanabhavan 3,130, Dhanora 3,120, Simbholi 3,180, Modi Nagar 3,135, Khatuli 3,110, Dhampur 3,100, Ramala 3,100, Bulandshar 3,100, Anupshar 3,090, Baghpat 3,110, Morna 3,100, Sakoti 3,100, Chandpur 3,085, Amroha 3,090 and Nazibabad 3080.
