NEW DELHI, Dec 14: The wholesale sugar market ended on a quite note in the national capital today following sporadic buying against sufficient stocks position.
Marketmen said enough stocks position to meet current demand, mainly held prices at overnight closing levels.
The following were today’s quotations per quintal:
Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 3,060-3,260, S-30 Rs 3,050-3,240.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 2,860-3,225; S-30 Rs 2,850-3,190.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 2900 (Gili), Kinnoni 3,300, Asmoli 3,190, Dorala 3,060, Budhana 3,010, Thanabhavan 3,010, Dhanora (gili) 2,900, Simbholi 3,250, Modi Nagar 3,140, Modi Nagar (New) Rs 3,100 Khatuli 3,005, Dhampur 2,990, Dhampur (Gili) Rs 2,900, Ramala 2,885, Bulandshar 2,920, Anupshar 2,860, Baghpat 2,895, Morna 2,895, Sakoti 2,890, Chandpur 2,875, Amroha 3,060 and Nazibabad 2875.
