JAMMU, Dec 5: Former Minister &MLA Marh Ch. Sukhnandan Kumar inaugurated 100 kv transformer at Basti Hazuri Bagh(Baba Jullah) in Gole Gujral area of Marh Constituency which was a long pending demand of the people of the locality.
This transformer is also a sigh of relief for the inhabitants of Bagh-Bian as it will reduce the load of their transformer as Hazuri Bagh was earlier connected to the same.
On the occasion former Minister congratulated people of the Hazuri Bagh for having new transformer and asked them to avoid unauthorized load so that transformer may not be overloaded.
Further he said that State’s BJP-PDP Coalition Government is committed to give all the basic amenities to the people of the state such as power, road connectivity, health & education etc.
The people of the area also apprised the former Minister of other problems being faced by the inhabitants of the area. Taking note of concerns brought to his notice, he assured the local people for early redressal of the same.
Among others who were present on the occasion including officials of PDD Department, Ex sarpanchs, panches &a large number of residents of the area.
