JAMMU, May 6: Special Mobile Magistrate Railways, Jammu, Sandeep Gandotra today issued fresh summons to SHO Gandhi Nagar police station Inspector Arun Jamwal, ASI PC Saini and SHO’s PSO V Chowdhary.
He directed the SSP Jammu to execute the summons and fixed May 19 as the date for their appearance.
The Mobile Magistrate passed the order in a complaint filed by Advocate Harshvardhan Gupta against SHO Gandhi Nagar, his PSO and the ASI under Sections 323, 504, 506, 406, 409, 382 and 342 RPC.
He observed that the summons issued to three police officials were not executed as they were not available.
