The mishap took place at around 11.15 am near Hanuman Mandir in the town here. The 70-year-old- poor woman who is said to be dumb, used to stay in the Veranda of the shops. The vehicle immediately disappeared and nobody bothered to chase the vehicle or remove the bleeding and hapless woman to hospital.
