JAMMU, Aug 30: Councillor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) for Ward number 9, Suneet Raina here today started construction work of various lanes and drains in Ustad Mohalla wherein the work shall be completed with an estimated cost of Rs. 11 lakh.
Speaking on the occasion Raina assured that the developmental works in the area will be completed within the scheduled time.
He said that his dream is to provide every basic civic amenity to every resident of the Ward and to make the Ward a model one in Jammu City.
The Councillor asked the people of his Ward to cooperate with the Urban Local Body and avoid single use plastic.
He urged the people to use the services of door-to-door moving auto for garbage disposal and stop throwing the household wastes here and there.
