Supreme Industries partners with Orbia Wavin on water management

JAMMU, Mar 13: To revolutionize water management across India, Supreme Industries Ltd, India’s largest plastic pipe manufacturer announced a strategic partnership with the Orbia’s Building & Infrastructure business Wavin.
Under the agreement, Supreme will acquire Wavin’s pipes and fittings business in India and gain exclusive access to Wavin’s advanced water management technologies for India and SAARC countries.
The partnership includes transferring Wavin’s Indian manufacturing facilities to Supreme and providing exclusive licensing access to Wavin’s technology portfolio.
This includes cutting-edge solutions for water supply, sanitation, city-scale water management, agriculture, and rainwater collection systems.
With Supreme’s leading manufacturing footprint across India and extensive market reach through its committed distribution network of dealers and retailers across the country, the agreement provides the large-scale platform to deploy Orbia Wavin’s advanced technologies and strengthens Supreme’s leadership position for residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural water infrastructure solutions across the high-growth subcontinent.
Speaking on the occasion, M P Taparia, Managing Director of Supreme Industries said, “This partnership accelerates our growth trajectory and enables us to deliver exceptional value to our customers. The agreement is subject to confirmatory due diligence and regulatory approvals, with the process expected to conclude by June 2025.
