Sushma Group showcases projects, invites interest towards investing in Tricity

JAMMU, Mar 5: SUSHMA Group, one of the largest real estate developers from Punjab showcased its projects to the dwellers here and invited their interest towards investing in Tricity.
In a press conference here today Prateek Mittal, Executive Director, SUSHMA Group presented and elaborated projects of the Group to Jammu residents and talked about the current status of the real estate sector.
He announced limited period special plan ‘Lease Rent Guarantee Offer’ and also came forth with benefits of investing with SUSHMA Group.
“Under the lease rent guarantee offer, the group is extending attractive offers to the residents of Jammu wherein the Group is providing a fixed lease of 8 per cent on under construction property and 7 per cent on ready to move in property on investing in Sushma’s commercial projects,” Mittal told reporters.
He said, these attractive offers are being extended on almost all commercial projects located at prime locations of Tricity including Chandigarh-Delhi National Highway, Peer Muchalla and Airport Road. “The remarkable thing is the group has variety of spaces with lease guarantee for restaurants, office spaces, SOHO, food courts, showrooms etc ranging from Rs. 30 lakh to 4 crore,” Mittal further said.
He said that Jammu is one of the major contributors in the real estate development of Tricity and as per the records of the company in Q4 CY 2019, J&K has constituted 12 per cent sales of Sushma Group.
“Also, on the basis of a research report, Tri City has only 24 months of unsold inventory thus showing a substantial growth in the real estate sector of the region,” Executive Director, SUSHMA Group informed.
He said that the Group has recently launched its magnificent commercial project- Sushma Pristine spread over an area of 6 acres on PR-7 Airport Road in Mohali.
He said, “Over the past few years there has been rapid infrastructural development in Tricity, specifically in Zirakpur and its periphery. The 24/7 functionality of Chandigarh International airport with added international destinations has given a further boost to Tricity’s real estate.”
Talking about Jammu, he said that the region is very vital for the Group and has been a significant contributor with a maximum demand of people.
