SUT & VKMI organize seminar on spinal disorder

JAMMU, July 7: Vichar Kranti Manch International and Sarv Uthan Trust jointly organized a seminar on spinal disorder, here today.
Dr Shreyansh Kumar Jain, President Vichar Kranti Manch International and Chief Advisor Trustee Sarv Uthan Trust explained about the spinal cord disorders.
“Spinal disorder, sometimes known as back problems, can have many causes that may relate to work, sport, injury and disease. This can be managed by improving diet, physical yoga, weight control, and reducing addiction to smoking and drinks,” he added
Some Yoga exercises, such as Konasan, Ushtrasan, Ashvthanasan, Bhujangasan Salbhasan, Tadasan, Makarsan were demonstrated by Narendra Wadhera and Yashpal Sharma.
Adequate Pranayamas for spinal problems were also practiced, including long and deep breathing, Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Surya Bhedi, and Suryanulom Pranayams.
Ashok Kumar Gupta, founder Chairman Sarv Uthan Trust and Vice President VKMI, also shared his valuable knowledge on spinal disorders. Anju Bansal, coordinator VKMI and H C Vaid, President Shivalik Bharat Vikas Parishad also graced the occasion.
